How to use it
- Confirm your displayed plan before checking a feature limit.
- On Free, use up to five active projects, five active routines/habits combined, one calendar connection, and one active calendar.
- Use the included five Plan Assist approvals and three Meeting-to-Action approvals per month. An approval is not charged for merely viewing a page or previewing a proposal.
- Check the Pro label on advanced features before attempting an action.
Limits and important details
- Free includes the current-week basic Insights report and recent seven-day Timeline access. Pro adds full history and advanced features.
- Hidden shortcuts do not change entitlements. Sidebar customization and Help Center access are free.
- Connected sources and Browser Capture are Coming soon for all plans.
- Downgrading does not delete stored work; limits control access, new creation, or active selections.
