1. Agreement
By creating an account, signing in, or using LifeCentral, you agree to these Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Eligibility and accounts
You must be legally able to enter this agreement and provide accurate account information. You are responsible for protecting your credentials, connected sign-in methods, and activity performed through your account. Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.
3. Plans, trial, and paid features
Every new account begins on Free unless you deliberately start the Pro trial. Administrative access is reserved for LifeCentral operations and is not a consumer plan.
Pro trial
An eligible account may start one 14-day Pro trial without providing a credit card. The trial starts when LifeCentral confirms it with Stripe, not merely when you open the signup page. You may add a payment method during the trial through Stripe’s hosted billing portal. If no usable payment method is available when the trial ends, Stripe is configured to cancel the subscription and LifeCentral returns the account to Free. Existing workspace data is preserved, but paid-only creation, editing, synchronization, limits, or expanded views may pause.
Paid subscriptions
LifeCentral Pro is offered at the price and billing interval shown before checkout. Unless otherwise stated at purchase, subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. Stripe hosts checkout, payment-method management, invoices, billing-interval changes where available, and cancellation. Taxes may apply and may be calculated at checkout.
Cancellation and failed payment
You may cancel through the billing controls in LifeCentral. A cancellation scheduled for the end of a paid period keeps Pro active through that period and then returns the account to Free. If a payment fails or becomes past due, Pro access may pause immediately until Stripe confirms a successful payment. Cancellation or downgrade does not delete your workspace data.
Refunds
Except where required by law or stated otherwise at purchase, subscription charges are nonrefundable and we do not provide prorated refunds for unused time. Contact support promptly if you believe a charge is incorrect.
4. Your content and workspace
You retain ownership of the tasks, projects, meeting notes, reviewed action items, links, schedules, and other content you add. You grant Horton Scientific Corporation the limited rights needed to host, process, transmit, back up, and display that content solely to operate and improve LifeCentral.
You are responsible for your content and for maintaining appropriate independent copies of information that is important to you. LifeCentral provides export and import controls, but no storage system is immune from loss or interruption.
5. Acceptable use
You may not use LifeCentral to:
- Violate law, regulations, or the rights of another person.
- Attempt to access another account, workspace, system, or network without authorization.
- Upload malicious code, interfere with service operation, or evade security or usage controls.
- Use automated methods to overload, scrape, or reverse engineer the service except where law expressly permits.
- Store or distribute content that is unlawful, infringing, fraudulent, or intended to harm others.
6. Third-party services
LifeCentral may connect to services offered by Stripe, Google, Microsoft, weather providers, calendar providers, or other companies. Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. You are responsible for having permission to access and import the source information you select. External Capture creates an independent LifeCentral copy and does not complete, edit, move, mark read, or delete the source record. Meeting-to-Action creates independent LifeCentral notes and approved tasks while leaving the connected source calendar event unchanged. We are not responsible for third-party availability, changes, data, permissions, or actions.
7. Service changes and availability
We may improve, modify, add, or remove capabilities and limits. We may suspend service for maintenance, security, legal, or operational reasons. We aim to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.
8. Suspension and termination
You may stop using LifeCentral at any time. We may restrict or terminate access when reasonably necessary to address a violation of these terms, security risk, legal requirement, nonpayment, or harm to the service or others. Where practical, we will provide notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue.
9. Intellectual property
LifeCentral, its software, design, branding, documentation, and other service materials are owned by Horton Scientific Corporation or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. These terms do not transfer ownership of those materials to you.
10. Disclaimers
LifeCentral is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. It is a planning and organization tool, not professional legal, financial, medical, tax, employment, or safety advice. You remain responsible for decisions, deadlines, payments, commitments, and actions based on information in the service.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Horton Scientific Corporation and its officers, employees, contractors, and suppliers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from LifeCentral.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, total liability arising from the service will not exceed the amount you paid for LifeCentral during the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim, or one hundred U.S. dollars if you paid nothing.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Courts located in Harris County, Texas will have exclusive jurisdiction unless applicable law requires otherwise.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The effective date at the top identifies the current version. Material changes may also be communicated through the service or account contact information. Continued use after the effective date of revised terms constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
14. Contact

Optional voice input
Voice capture depends on browser support, microphone permissions, speech-provider availability, and supported languages. Browser-service processing may be remote; experimental on-device-only processing is offered only where supported. LifeCentral does not guarantee transcription accuracy or offline speech availability. Review words, names, dates, times, and interpreted task details before explicitly saving. Voice input is not a meeting-recording or emergency service, and LifeCentral does not record or store audio files. Declining voice does not prevent typed capture.
Meeting notes and actions
Meeting-to-Action does not record meetings or provide a transcription service. It analyzes only notes you type or paste using deterministic browser logic. Extracted action items may be incomplete or inaccurate, so you are responsible for reviewing titles, projects, dates, deadlines, ownership, and project-handoff details before explicit approval. LifeCentral does not modify the connected source calendar event through this workflow.
