One approval means applying a proposal, not generating a preview. Meeting approvals can create several selected tasks. Notes, previews, and manual planning do not use these monthly allowances.

Calendar URL / ICS is a planned Pro-only connector and is not available yet. Other planned calendar providers are also unavailable. See supported calendars.

The optional Pro trial

No credit card is required to start the optional 14-day Pro trial. Without a payment method, your account returns to Free automatically. Add a payment method to continue: unless you cancel, billing starts at the selected price when the trial ends.

One trial per eligible account. Starting a Free account does not start a trial.

Downgrading never deletes your data.

Can I keep using Free without a trial?

Yes. Create a Free account and keep using the included features. A trial starts only when you choose it.

Do I pay monthly on the annual plan?

No. The annual plan charges $59.99 once a year. Monthly billing is $7.99 per month. Twelve monthly payments total $95.88; annual billing is $35.89 less.

How do I cancel?

Open Settings → Manage billing. Cancel there to stop renewal. A paid subscription stays active through the current paid period, then returns to Free. Cancel a trial with a payment method before it ends to avoid its first charge.

What happens when I reach a Free limit?

You can keep using the features within your plan. Pause or complete an active project to free a project slot. Monthly approval allowances reset each month. You can also choose Pro, but reaching a limit does not start a trial or charge you.

Does Pro connect my email and work apps?

Not yet. All Connected sources—including Browser Capture—are Coming soon and disabled on every plan. Pro currently supports multiple calendar accounts, not live email or task-source imports.

Is this a shared team workspace?

LifeCentral is a personal planner. Work and personal projects stay in your own account; a Pro subscription does not add a shared team workspace.
