Control read-only and two-way calendar sync
Choose whether LifeCentral only imports events or can send supported edits back.
Where to find it
Calendar → Connections → Sync settings
How to use it
- For Google, open Sync settings. Keep write-back off for a read-only imported schedule.
- To send Google edits back, enable Sync LifeCentral edits back to the calendar and grant write access when requested. Save calendar settings.
- For Outlook, use the connected calendar’s Visible and Write back controls. Enable Write back only for a calendar you are allowed to edit.
- Choose completion behavior separately. Test supported edits on an event without guests, synchronize, and verify the result in the source calendar.
Limits and important details
- Only writable calendars can accept edits. Read-only or subscribed calendars cannot be changed.
- Plan Assist proposals and Meeting notes do not automatically edit source events.
- Calendar edits can affect real meetings. Use a test event without guests before relying on write-back.
