Connect Outlook or Microsoft 365 Calendar
Show a supported Microsoft account’s calendars in LifeCentral.
Where to find it
Calendar → Connections
Before you start
- Have a supported Microsoft account and permission to access the calendar. Organizational consent policies may require administrator approval.
How to use it
- Select Connect Outlook and sign into the Microsoft account that owns the calendar.
- Approve the requested calendar access when your organization allows it.
- Choose the calendar to show and use its available sync controls.
- Use the connection’s calendar controls for visibility and read-only/write-back behavior.
Limits and important details
- Free supports one connection and one active calendar across providers, not one of each provider.
- Work or school administrators can restrict consent. Contact your administrator when authorization is blocked.
- Microsoft authorization is separate from LifeCentral account sign-in. Reconnect when the app asks; do not assume it has the same persistent-server behavior as Google.
