Plan expected income dates
Track expected payment dates and amounts without connecting a bank account.
Where to find it
More tools → Income
How to use it
- Add an income source with its name, amount, and first payment date.
- Choose one-time or a recurring frequency, such as weekly, every two weeks, monthly, or twice monthly.
- Choose weekend/holiday adjustment behavior only if it matches how that payment is normally made.
- Save and check the generated dates. Edit the source when its amount or schedule changes.
- Enable Calendar’s Income filter to display expected payments there.
Limits and important details
- These are expected dates and amounts, not confirmation that money was received.
- Every two weeks means 14 days. Twice monthly uses two month dates. Every two months is different from both.
- Compare the same date range when checking totals.
