Before you start
- Use a browser with speech-input support. Microphone access is optional and requested when listening starts.
How to use it
- Open voice capture and start listening. Allow microphone access when the browser requests it.
- Speak, then stop listening. Review and edit the transcript.
- Choose the appropriate review or save action. Save to Inbox for an unprocessed thought.
- Cancel to leave without saving.
Limits and important details
- Browser speech support varies. Typing remains available when speech or microphone permission is unavailable.
- LifeCentral does not record or store audio. The browser’s speech service may process audio; save only text you are comfortable storing.
