Change display, profile, and default settings
Adjust the interface and defaults without recreating your account.

Sidebar → Settings
How to use it
- In Profile, update your first name or daily intention and save.
- In Focus, display, and Dashboard, set text size, theme, timer defaults, task visibility, and countdown display limits.
- Use the dedicated Calendar, Weather, Day capacity, and review sections for those preferences.
- Save the section you edited, then return to the feature to check the result.
Limits and important details
- The header’s theme and text-size controls offer quick display changes.
- Do not reduce text size to work around clipped forms; report overlap or unreadable controls as a layout issue.
